The Platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service availability but is not liable for service disruptions caused by telecommunication network failures or force majeure events beyond its control.

6. Amendments & Updates:

THIRD: PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

The Client may request subscription cancellation and a full refund if the request is submitted prior to the commencement of account setup or service provision.
Due to the nature of digital services, once service delivery, menu setup, or account activation has commenced, paid amounts become non-refundable.
In the event of an overcharge due to a processing error, the financial department commits to refunding the excess amount back to the original payment method within standard banking processing times.

5. Invoicing & Taxes:

All invoices are issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the regulations issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
